Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences
Batavia High School invites you to join us for Parent-Teacher-Student conferences. In our initiative to increase home and school communication, we are emphasizing an effort to encourage parent’s participation in the event. At the high school level we feel it would be most beneficial if your student attends the conference with you.
The schedule reflects 10 minute conferences with 5 minutes between each appointment.

Blocks 1-4 will meet on a shortened schedule with dismissal at 10:30 a.m. Bus service will be provided. Appointments can be made from:
11:00 through 11:45
1:00 through 2:30
Once again, conferences will be scheduled using the PTC Wizard. PTC Wizard is a web based parent/teacher conference scheduling system. This system allows you to schedule conferences with teachers online. The conference software has been designed with parents in mind. Using the specialized wizard, you will be guided step-by-step through the conference scheduling procedure. Please be sure you know the teachers names you wish to make conferences with before you start the Wizard.
