Dear Parents and Guardians,

Batavia High School will administer the PreACT 9 to all freshmen and the PreACT Secure to all sophomores on March 18th. Juniors and seniors will have a remote learning day.

These assessments help improve standards, curriculum, and instruction at the classroom, school, district, and state levels. The data provides valuable insights for teachers, administrators, and families to assess student progress as we prepare for the 2026-27 school year.

Freshmen and sophomores will receive detailed information about test day expectations on March 16th. Juniors and seniors will receive remote learning expectations from their individual teachers.

  • Freshmen: PreACT 9 – March 18, 2026
  • Sophomores: PreACT Secure – March 18, 2026
  • Juniors: ACT with Essay – April 22, 2026

HR Imaging/Root Studios will be at BHS in A101 taking Senior Yearbook pictures.
