Compete for a cause.  Batavia plays Geneva next week.  Batavia vs. Geneva shirts will be available this Wednesday and Friday and next week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for $10 during all lunches.  All proceeds go to Bulldogs Unleashed and Chip In.  This is a great cause and opportunity to show your bulldog pride and wear these shirts at the game.  Don’t let Geneva sell more shirts than us.

  5. This weekend, the Batavia High School Marching Band attended the Lake Park Lancer Joust Competition. They placed 3rd and earned best General Effect in Class 2A.  They also made finals placing 10th.

Congratulations to the varsity girls golf team on winning the Oak Forest Invitational this past Saturday.  Madi McCoy shot a 2 over 74 to take second place overall while Cassie Norville shot an 83 to take 8th place.  Lauren  Grychowski, Sammi Hasemann and Reagan Freebourn all contributed to the victory.
  7. JV girls golf team took 4th place this weekend at the Batavia Golf Invite.  Sophie Golson took 3rd place overall.

  1. JV Girls Golf won their match against the U-46 Co-op. With low scores by Ainslee Parker, Carly and Lauren Casper and by Sophie Golson who got her personal record last night shooting a 43.

 

  1. Congratulations to the girls swim team on their season opening win last night versus West Aurora. The JV team was able to beat West Aurora by a score of 95-55 while the varsity team beat the Blackhawks by a score of 110-73.  The girls were led by Kelly Sego and Riley Orrico who picked up a pair of wins.  Also winnings events, Addy Novak, Annabelle Kinerk, Neha Rajan, and Jill Trnka.

  1. Congratulations to the girls varsity golf team on taking 2nd place out of 11 teams at the Huntley High School Invite. The team Madi McCoy, Cassie Norville, Kaitlyn Stangl, Sammie Hasemann and Reagan Freebourn played exceptionally well.  Madi McCoy placed 3rd while Kaitlyn Stangl and Cassie Norville placed 13th and 14th respectfully.  Nice job ladies.
