Prom Dance will be 7:00 PM – 10:00PM

 Tickets are first-come-first-serve. We will only be able to sell 750 Tickets.

 

Early Bird Ticket Pricing $130.00 begins March 3rd – March 14th. 

Late Purchase Ticket Pricing $150.00 begins March 15th – April 11th. 

Ticket Sales will end April 11th at 3:00PM. 

Tickets fees will show up on banking statements as “Batavia-HS-Store” with the location of Tucson, Arizona.

Tickets will NOT be sold at the Door.

Students MUST have their school ID/MINGA ID when entering at Prom

  • No Re-Entry will be allowed for students and/or guests. You will receive a wristband upon entry if you leave, your wristband will be removed. If you violate any of the school or dance rules a staff member will remove your wristband. If you are spoken to or addressed following the removal of your wristband, you will be removed from Prom.
  • Small (personal 8×6) Bags/purses ONLY. ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED. This must remain in your possession. BHS and the Q Center are not responsible for any lost/stolen property.

Guest Tickets

 Fill out the Guest Pass Form.

This will be first-come-first serve and only 125 Guest Tickets will be approved for Sale.

Early Bird GUEST Ticket Pricing $130.00 begins March 3rd – March 14th. 

Late Purchase GUEST Ticket Pricing $150.00 begins March 15th – April 11th. 

GUEST Ticket Sales will end April 11th at 3:00PM. 

  • Upon approval you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on purchasing your guest ticket.
  • BHS Student’s MUST  purchase your own ticket BEFORE purchasing your guest’s ticket.
  • Guest’s must bring a valid ID for entry or they will not be allowed to enter.

 

If you miss this deadline no exceptions will be made.

T-Shirt Information Your ticket will include a prom T-shirt.

You will be prompted when purchasing a ticket to submit a size.

  • No size changes or substitutions will be available. If you purchase ticket late (After April 2nd) request size may not be available.
Menu –No outside food or beverages will be allowed

Food will include Hors d’oeuvres, Dinner, and Dessert in a buffet style. You can indicate any dietary restrictions when purchasing your ticket.

 Reserved Exclusively for BHS Prom from 11:00 PM – 2:00AM (doors will NOT open any earlier than 11pm, so if you arrive early, you will not be able to enter). Doors close at Midnight.

  • Student’s not attending Prom can still go to Funway Post-Prom for $20.00 CASH at the door.
