**Prom is a Junior/Senior only event, underclassmen can only attend as guests and are not eligible to purchase their own tickets.

Doors open for Check in 6:50PM, check in will stop at 8:00PM. No entry after that time, don’t be late. We will turn you away.
- You must bring your ID/MINGA ID and if you bring a guest, they must have a Valid ID.

Tickets Now Closed. No Exceptions Can Be Made.
Tickets fees will show up on banking statements as “Batavia-HS-Store” with the location of Tucson, Arizona.
Tickets will NOT be sold at the Door.
Students MUST have their school ID/MINGA ID when entering at Prom
- Please be advised that Social Probation is being enforced by the school. If you are on Social Probation you will not be allowed to attend prom. This includes unserved lunch/late start detentions. If you have concerns about being on Social Probation contact your dean.
- No Re-Entry will be allowed for students and/or guests. You will receive a wristband upon entry if you leave or are asked to leave, your wristband will be removed.
- Small (personal 8×6) Bags/purses ONLY. ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED. This must remain in your possession. BHS and the Q Center are not responsible for any lost/stolen property.
If you miss this deadline no exceptions will be made. No refunds will be made in the event you do not attend.

GUEST TICKETS REQUEST NOW CLOSED
GUEST Ticket Sale Applications Begin on March 18th, and will end on April 3rd at 3:00PM
- Each BHS student is only allowed ONE GUEST Ticket.
- If your guest is a BHS underclassman you still must complete the guest pass form.
- As long as you submit the Guest Request form by the above deadline your guest will be considered for approval.
- Upon approval you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on purchasing your guest ticket.
- If your guest is not approved you will be notified by April 6th.
- BHS Student’s MUST purchase your own ticket BEFORE purchasing your guest’s ticket.
- Guest’s must bring a valid ID for entry or they will not be allowed to enter.
- Please note the turn around for approval can take up to 72 hours.
If you miss this deadline no exceptions will be made. |

Your ticket will include a prom T-shirt for the BHS student only.
You will be prompted when purchasing a ticket to submit a size.
- No size changes or substitutions will be available.

Food will include Hors d’oeuvres, Dinner, and Dessert in a buffet style. You can indicate any dietary restrictions when purchasing your ticket.

Reserved Exclusively for BHS Prom from 11:00 PM – 2:00AM (doors will NOT open any earlier than 11pm, so if you arrive early, you will not be able to enter). Doors close at Midnight.

- This is included in your Prom Ticket Purchase.
- Student’s not attending Prom can still go to Funway Post-Prom for $25.00 CASH at the door.
- Doors will NOT open any earlier than 11pm, so if you show up early you will have to wait to enter.
- Free Access to Roller Skating, Arcades, Bumper Cars and Black Light Mini Golf!
- ENTERED TO WIN a variety of Post Prom Prizes: Tickets to Lollapalooza, iPods, Outdoor Movie Projector, Mini Fridge, Xbox,
- Smart TVs, iPads, Keurig Coffee Machine….and many more!
- Want to Roller Skate or Go Kart all students and guests must complete the FUNWAY WAIVER.
