🌦️ Homecoming Weather Update

Due to the weather the dance has been moved into the fieldhouse. Students, see your school email for all necessary information including entrances, parking, and ticketing. 

FOOD AT DANCE We are excited to announce your ticket includes Koconut Shaved Ice! This is on us and at no-additional cost to students.

There will also be a food truck with burgers, hotdogs, and other foods available for students to additional purchase at the dance. This will be at student’s choice and is not included in the ticket.

Final Reminders
-All pre-purchased tickets (including guest tickets) are electronic and will be tied to your minga ID/app
-All guests still must bring a physical copy of a valid state or school ID
-The Football field will not be accessible to the public (students, community members, etc) from 3-7pm for any reason, including for photos.
-Entry begins at 7pm, no entry after 8pm
-No guest tickets at the door, guests must enter/leave with the BHS student they came with.
-BHS students bringing a guest must enter through the CASH entrance on the NE side of the stadium closest to Wilson Street
-Students with pre-paid tickets and not bringing a guest will enter at the side closer to Main Street.
-No re-entry
-No outside food or beverages, no heels
-All bags will be checked by School Administrators upon entry, no large bags
-BHS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

  the field/venue is not open to the public that day including for photos. Students will not be admitted ahead of the start of the dance (7pm)

LOCATION

 Bulldog Stadium
  • Park on Wilson Street Side
  • There will be two separate entrances for those who already have purchased tickets and those purchasing at the door.
  • You must bring your ID/MINGA ID and if you have a guest they must have their Valid ID with them. No expceptions will be made. NO ID = NO ENTRY.
  • No entry after 8:00 PM

Once Purchased No Refunds Will Be Issued Under ANY Circumstances
  • Tickets are electronic and tied to your minga ID. you will not be issued a physical ticket. 
  • Tickets cost $30 online. If purchasing at the door on day of the dance cost will be $40
  • Tickets sold at the door for BHS Students ONLY – NO Guest tickets will be sold day-of
  • MINGA Electronic School ID required for BHS Students
  • Guests must have Photo ID

    • NO RE-ENTRY – You will receive a wristband upon entry if you leave, your wristband will be removed. If you violate any of the school or dance rules, a staff member will remove your wristband. If you are spoken to or addressed following the removal of your wristband, you will be removed from the dance. 

    • NO HEELS (flats or sneakers)

    • SMALL (personal 8×6 )  BAGS ONLY: ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED. This must remain in your possession. School is not responsible for any lost/stolen property as there is no coat-check or place to leave items. 

    • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE

    • SCHOOL HANDBOOK RULES APPLY

    • There will be no Coat Check. Please leave belongings in your car. 
  • Tickets will go on sale August 28th. Tickets close 9/16 at 3:00PM. Then you may online purchase at the door day of.

TICKETS

 GUEST requests are no longer being accepted. 
  • BHS Student’s MUST  purchase your ticket BEFORE purchasing a guest ticket. Guesst tickets cost $30.
  • If your Guest Pass request is submitted prior to September 12th at 3:00PM it will be processed for approval.
  • Guest tickets will NOT be sold at the door.
  • Guests are required to bring a valid ID (School ID, Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
    • NO ID = NO ENTRY.
    • Please note that guest approval is contingent upon the guest remaining eligible to attend. If the guest’s home school notifies us that they are no longer eligible to attend the event, their attendance may be denied or they may be removed from the event, even if a ticket has already been purchased.
