Senior/Junior student Application information
$176 per year
$88 for early graduating seniors only
For BHS SENIORS: Parking application AND payment must be done on the new BPS payment system called MySchoolBucks (henceforth MSB). Beginning this summer the BPS district will send communication on how to create an account via the link from Batavia Public Schools. Registration AND parking will need to be completed between Aug. 1 through Aug. 5, 2025. The parking permit option will be available as a Store option of MSB.(See below for App picture of icon). Please note: All school registration invoices will need to be paid or have an established payment plan to complete the parking registration process. Also, only early graduates should select the $88 semester fee, as their parking spot may not be guaranteed for the entire school year.
Priority for seniors will only be online via MSB from Aug 1-5, 2025. The Senior parking option will close at the end of registration on Aug. 5th along with senior priority. A paper copy of the student’s driver’s license will be required when picking up the parking tag. Seniors who have applied and paid between Aug 1-5th will receive an email after Aug 8th with information about parking tag pick up.
For BHS JUNIORS: Junior parking is by lottery and will be done online via Batavia School district’s new financial system called My School Bucks (henceforth MSB). Beginning this summer the BPS district will send communication on how to create an account via the link from Batavia Public Schools. Junior applications will be available Aug 1-Aug 5th, 2025 on the School Store side of MSB. After Aug 5th applications will not be accepted. School registration invoices must be paid prior to submitting the parking application in the Store. No payment for parking will be required until the lottery has been chosen. The $176 parking fee will be invoiced when the student is chosen after Aug 8th. Payment will be required to keep the parking spot. An email confirming a spot in the parking lot will be sent after Aug 8th, 2025 upon which the fee will be added. Payment will then be required before the parking tag can be picked up. A paper copy of the student’s driver’s license will be required at time of tag pick up.

Juniors who have approved BHS off campus classes requiring their own transportation will still need to apply through MSB. Priority is based on class lists from the Registrar. Students/Parents need to submit the application, car info & driver’s license before Aug. 5, 2025 to reserve a parking spot. Payment will then be added to MSB and required after Aug 8th to pick up the parking tag.

PARKING Tag pick-up:
Students who receive a spot as a Senior or Junior in the lottery will be contacted by email Aug 8th with information regarding dates and times of tag pick up. A paper copy of the student’s driver’s license will be required to pick up their tag.
Parking is not permitted in the lot without the correct Wilson Street tag. The Batavia Covenant church and Engstrom Park District parking lots are separate institutions and require applications directly through them.
