Chromatics

Chromatics is the BHS Vocal Jazz/Pop a cappella ensemble. Performing music in the style of Pentatonix, Manhattan Transfer, and the Real Group, this 14-18 person group tackles some of the most difficult material and requires a tremendous amount of independent work. Auditions to replace graduating members usually take place in the Spring. Students must be enrolled in Choir, Band, or Orchestra during the day in order to be eligible for Chromatics.

Chromatics Auditions for 2024-25 will be held in May, 2024.

Students do not need to be in another music class to be in Chromatics, but it is preferred. If you know a great singer or beatboxer who isn’t in music, please send them to Mr. Barsch!
