Madrigals
Festival of Carols is our madrigal event, a series of performances by Chamber Singers, the Troubadours (Treble Choir), and string players from Batavia High School that will surely get you into the spirit of the holidays!
The 16th-century-style performance includes traditional madrigals, motets, and seasonal carols that will ring in the decked halls of the Congregational Church of Batavia. Jesters serve as the masters of ceremonies for all madrigal performances and provide comedic interludes between songs.
