Summer Reading 2018
Reading during the summer helps students prevent the “summer slide” of skills, and it encourages the habit of reading. Like athletes, musicians, and artists, readers need to practice to maintain and improve their skills.
BHS asks that students read one book from the list for their grade in the 2018-19 school year.

Books are also available at the Batavia Public Library and other area libraries. Audiobooks are available for some of the selections through our Axis 360 app. All books on the list are high-interest titles and were selected with input from staff and students.
